To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assess the issue and provide a suitable solution.
